To secure your appointment, a credit card is required, but it will only be charged in the event of a no-call/no-show. Please review our cancellation policy for details.

If you are unable to find a suitable appointment time, we encourage you to join our online waitlist. You are also welcome to call or text us at 503-683-1151, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Illness & Rescheduling

Your health and well-being are important to us. If you’re feeling unwell, we sincerely appreciate you rescheduling your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate changes.

Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. We have a strict no-call/no-show policy and appreciate your courtesy in notifying us if you are unable to attend your appointment.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you:

• Use a quiet voice when entering the spa.

• If the door is locked upon your arrival, we sincerely apologize and will be with you shortly to greet you.
